Set up the Zyppi Helper
Two minutes, one time. The helper is what lets Zyppi publish your AI-drafted listings into marketplaces. Here's how to install it, prove it's working, and run your first listing.
Checking for the Zyppi Helper extension…
1. Install it from the Chrome Web Store
The Zyppi Helper is a small Chrome extension that connects Zyppi to your marketplace accounts and helps publish listings. Click below, then hit “Add to Chrome” → “Add extension” in the window that pops up.
Get the Zyppi HelperWorks in Chrome and Chromium browsers (Edge, Brave, Arc). Safari and Firefox aren't supported yet.
2. Pin it to your toolbar
Chrome hides new extensions behind the puzzle piece. Click the puzzle icon (🧩) at the top-right of Chrome, find Zyppi Helper in the list, and click the pin (📌) next to it. The Zyppi logo now sits in your toolbar where you can always reach it.

3. Link it to your Zyppi app
The extension pairs with your app using a 6-digit code, so there's no password to retype:
In the Zyppi app, go to Settings → Marketplaces and you'll see your 6-digit pairing code.
Click the Zyppi icon in your browser toolbar and enter that code.
Enter the code and the extension links to your Zyppi account. Items you send to the queue from the Zyppi app will show up here, ready to publish.
Settings → Marketplaces:
Codes are single-use per browser. Pairing a second computer just means grabbing a fresh code from the same screen.
4. Using it: connect a marketplace and publish
With the extension paired, open the marketplace you want to sell on (say, Facebook Marketplace) and log into your account there like normal. Then:
In the Zyppi app, send an item to the queue. Its AI listing is already drafted from your photo.
Open the extension: your queued items are waiting. Hit publish and the helper fills the listing form right in the marketplace tab.
Review the filled-in listing (everything stays editable) and confirm. Live.
Keep the marketplace tab open while it works. The helper does its thing in that tab, and you watch it happen. Nothing is ever posted without your confirm.
Troubleshooting
The banner says the extension isn’t detected, but I installed it
Refresh this page first, since Chrome only injects extensions into pages loaded after install. Still nothing? Check that it isn’t disabled: menu (⋮) → Extensions → Manage Extensions, find the helper and flip the toggle on. Then come back and hit “Check again.”
Does it work in Incognito or private windows?
Only if you allow it: Manage Extensions → Zyppi Helper → Details → “Allow in Incognito.” Most sellers don’t need this; sign into marketplaces in a normal window instead.
Will it work in Brave, Edge, or Arc?
Yes. Anything built on Chromium installs extensions from the Chrome Web Store the same way. In Brave, if a marketplace page acts strange, lower Shields for that site while publishing.
The publish button fills the form but something looks wrong
Everything the helper fills stays editable before you confirm, so fix any field right in the marketplace form. And tell us via the feedback button in the app; those reports directly tune the AI.
Do I need to keep my computer on?
Only while you’re publishing. The helper works in the open marketplace tab in front of you. Your photos, drafts and inventory all live in the Zyppi app either way.
